This is on a demo home being torn down. Runs on natural gas or propane. I ran it started right up and ran good. I did forget to look at the hours. Most likely just not much. Has battery backup when I get a chance I'll look again. I have all wire and conduit that was with it This is a complete system with all the books sells for $19,000 for just the generator, over $26.000 with everything.
