* Has line cook / restaurant kitchen experience
* Can work quickly and stay organized
* Is dependable and shows up on time
* Can handle a busy kitchen without needing constant supervision
* Takes pride in putting out great food
* Keeps a clean and organized station
* Works well with the rest of the team
