My daughter's daily driver is up for sale. She has had this vehicle for over 4 years. Came with a rebuilt title as the damage was to the rear end. Looked great when purchased but now the clear coat in the rear area has turned yellowish. Guess the people who did the work to fix the rear didn't use the best paint at the time. A body shop in Mesa recommends just repainting the car which could be done for roughly $2300 and comes with a 5 year warranty. Always have kept up with the routine maintenance. No leaks, Strong AC in this brutal heat. Runs well. Recent maintenance includes (all done in July): New battery, New Spark Plugs, New air filter and cabin filter, MAF sensor cleaning. Maintenance just completed in August includes replacing all engine mounts and transmission mount. Also replaced the serpentine belt and tensioner. Tires are recent, and the Blower motor resistor has been changed recently as well. Windshield has a couple of stars from driving the 202 daily. Vehicle returns minimum 35 mpg on regular gas. Family has 4 vehicles and only 2 drivers, so we are putting the mazda up for sale. Full faith in driving this cross country. Has never left daughter stranded. Time for maybe a new young driver to use for school? Not giving it away but reasonably should be a $5800 car as is. All the maintenance has been done for the new owner. Will consider all offers but don't bother me if you only have something stupid like 4k.
