Original manufactured Murphy bed (twin size) installation kit. Components are brand new still in box having never been installed. All components fabricated from robust steel. Such as steel multi-piece frame and multi-spring assembly. Detail installation guide is enclosed. Very safe assembly designed for ease of moving from vertical position to horizontal position and return back to the vertical stowed position. 5 Spring loaded return mechanism enabling up and down positioning with little effort to shift bed.
