Schiit Modi 3 Multibit DAC AND Vali 2+ Headphone Amp, USB/TOSLINK/RCA, Silver. These are the more premium versions of the standard Schiit offerings at the time they were selling.
The Schiit Modi 3 Multibit is an affordable, entry-level multibit/ladder DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) from Schiit Audio that trades standard delta-sigma conversion for a custom multibit architecture, offering a punchier, more organic sound signature compared to the standard delta-sigma Modi models. This is a "true multibit" digital-to-analog converter that uses a multi-bit ladder architecture instead of standard delta-sigma chips. This is diiferent form the standard Modi.
