Responsibilities:
- wash and sanitize pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc
- assist with general kitchen cleaning, including emptying trash cans and maintaining a clean, organized dish area
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with emptying restaurant bus bins
- support back and front of house as needed
- food prep and light kitchen work like making desserts depending on experience
Requirements:
- Must be dependable, puctual, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must work well with other and collaborate to make operations efficient and smooth
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous restaurant experience required
