Just about 12 miles from the bustling quaint city of Bath, with restaurants, shops, and all you might need. Also about 3 miles from wonderful Reid State Park and its 500 acres of woodland, trails and magnificent beaches. Five Islands is one of those picturesque Maine coastal fishing villages, with a lively eat-on-the-dock Summer snack bar, quiet roads and good neighbours. Prime location. Georgetown has a well respected school.
This little house recently had a huge face-lift. All new roof, new siding, new windows, interior doors and floors, new lighting. New appliances throughout - washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. New bathroom with large walk in shower. Freshly painted throughout.
The house is fully furnished with a twin bedroom and a queen bedroom. We can remove the furnishings if you have your own.
Heat is from a new propane hot air furnace, hot water from a new heat pump style hot water tank.
