**Northern Michigan Structures is growing, and we’re looking to add to our construction crew!**
We are currently hiring:
• General Laborers
• Construction Hands / Carpenters
• Potential Foreman position for the right experienced candidate
WILLING TO TRAIN LABORERS
**WHAT WE DO:**
Our crews work on custom homes, cabins, garages, pole barns, and other construction projects throughout Northern Michigan.
A large portion of our work includes:
• Framing
• Roofing
• Siding
• Decks & porches
• General construction
• Setting and finishing building shells
**PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.** Construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider dependable people who are ready to work and learn.
For the **Foreman position**, we are looking for someone with solid construction experience who can help lead a crew, keep jobs moving, and maintain quality workmanship.
📍 **Based out of our Gaylord location**
Most jobs are within approximately **one hour of the shop**.
We stay busy and are looking for people who want steady construction work and take pride in what they build.
