This space is part of my own home but has its own private entrance and completely closed off. It has its own kitchen with working stove and refrigerator.
There is no washer/ dryer hook up but there are several laundromats in the area within 12 min drive. Tenant would have its own parking space.
Located in Garner, inside a quiet, safe neighborhood off of Hwy 50, right after the new VA Center. There is a pool for use in the summer, basketball court and playground in the neighborhood. This space is ideal for a single person or a couple just starting off together.
Requirements: Sign a minimum 3-6 month lease and a valid ID. No pets allowed.
