I have over a half a roll of the Polyguard 650 sheet membrane (over 25 ft x 48 in) retail is $170/roll. This is a peal and stick waterproofing membrane and well over a half a roll of the Polyguard Polyflow 15-P drainage mat (over 25 ft x 48 in) retail is $180/roll and a small partial roll. This goes in between the membrane and the backfill to protect the membrane and help with drainage. I also have over half a 5 gallon pail of the primer/liquid adhesive Polyguard 650 LT retail is $270/pail. This is used to prepare the surface for the membrane. Both the membrane and primer are being kept in a climate controlled room. You will probably need to get some of the LM-95 for the seems, edges and pipes. I originally bought the material from EMI. www.emisupply.com. The data sheets are on their website. I used this to waterproof my foundation. I also installed a french drain in front of the footing. No more moisture coming through the foundation. $125.00 OBO. This is well over $300 in material.
