This is way off, but putting feelers out now. I live in Austin, Texas most of the year. Looking to sublet / live in Hudson, NY or Kingston, NY will consider Catskill , NY from July 2027 - October 2027. I need a studio or 1/1 with a washer/dryer and an a/c in the unit/house at minimum. I could consider a bigger home, if the price worked out.
I would also consider a housing swap. I own a 3/2 condo in central east austin, walkable, vibrant, pet-friendly. I have an en suite in my primary bedroom, so you would have a lot of privacy. I have two kids 24 and 18 who may or may not be living here by this time.
