Wednesday: 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM - 5 Hours
Thursday: 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM - 5 Hours
Friday: 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM - 5 Hours
SERVICES NEEDED
Assistance with all of his ADL and IADL including, but not limited to:
bathing, dressing, transitions, community errands necessary to remain living in the community, meal preparation, and transitions.
COMPENSATION:
The position is w2: $17/hr

CAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be Female in Gender
2. The caregiver should have CNA
3. The caregiver should have at least 3 years of experience in Personal Assistance Services (PAS)
4. We need a reliable, dependable and a trustworthy person
5. The Caregiver should drive their own car
