Elastron USA, Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Support for a position in Gainesville, Georgia. Supports the sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance on the company’s products and services, helping to resolve customer inquiries related to engineering, technical, or scientific issues, and supporting the sales process by delivering accurate product information, which entails analyzing customer requirements and recommending suitable products, service, or technical solutions; presenting and explaining complex technical concepts to customers clearly and understandably; preparing detailed reports, proposals, and technical documentation tailored to customer needs; conducting in-depth technical discussions and product demonstrations during customer visits; collaborating with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities, activities, and solution strategies; developing and delivering technical presentations and training materials to support sales initiatives; providing technical advice and support the sales team to address product, engineering, or scientific inquiries; offering guidance and troubleshooting support related to customer accounts, technical issues, and product performance; maintaining and updating documentation on product specifications applications, and usage for internal and customer reference; representing the company at seminars, trade shows, and industry exhibitions to promote technical products and solutions; conducting market and technical research to support product development and sales strategies; and delivering technical and product training sessions to internal staff and team members. Must be fluent in written and spoken Turkish. Job involves 20% travel in the United States and once a year to Mexico to unanticipated locations as normal to the occupation, which does not involve relocation. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry OR Polymer Science OR Polymer Science and Technology OR Related Field. A foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. Must have 24 months experience as a Research and Development Project Engineer OR Chemical Engineer OR Polymer Engineer OR Related Occupation. Required experience must have included Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) business, including customer technical consultations and presentations, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and engineering or technical support. Skills and experience may be evidenced by employer testimonials or other letters of reference, if requested. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, Salary $96,000 per year.
