About This Auction: This is an online auction featuring the complete contents of a former Papa Murphy's location. All assets must be removed to allow the properties to be returned to the landlords vacant and broom swept. This auction includes a great selection of well-maintained commercial restaurant equipment, including self-contained walk-in coolers, Hobart 60-quart mixers, Arnet dough sheeters, two-door refrigerated merchandisers, refrigerated pizza prep tables, Arctic Air reach-in freezers, stainless steel tables, shelving, food storage containers, and more.
Notes: Buyers are responsible for disassembling and removing purchased assets and must bring their own help and tools. Everything must be picked up and removed during the pickup times. Winning bidders of the bulk contents lots are responsible for the removal of ALL equipment and fixtures, with the exception of the walk-in coolers. Walk-in coolers are sold separately. Winning bidders of the walk-in coolers must have a licensed HVAC technician perform the de-installation and must remove each walk-in cooler in its entirety.
