The house is a short walk from CSUF. For shopping and other activities, Brea Mall is about 2 miles away, and Fullerton College is around 3 miles from our location.
The monthly housing cost is $650, plus a separate share of the electricity bill. Internet service and other standard household utilities are included in the rent. We collect a $650 refundable security deposit at move-in. Washers and dryers are available on the premises and operate with coins.
We share the house with other residents and try to maintain a pleasant environment where everyone has their own space and respects each other's routines. Keeping shared areas neat is important to us. The property is smoke-free, and we don't accommodate pets or house parties.
The room is currently unoccupied, so there's no need to wait for a future move-in date. Depending on the arrangement, the lease would conclude in August 2027/2028
