We have one room available in our 4bd/3ba home ☺️
The house is 2 story, has a good size back patio and is close to downtown Fullerton. We have central AC (though we try to keep it reasonable), in-home washer/dryer, and an upstairs loft that’s mostly a second hangout/gaming spot.
The room for rent is on the 2nd floor and has a shared bathroom with one other tenant. The room is available now and move in date can generally be any day (depending on schedules and credit approval) but we are planning to fill the room no later than 10/1.
The furniture in the photo is available for free if you would like to keep it, otherwise we will have it removed prior to move in.
Current tenants are a mix of early 20’s students to mid 30’s professional. We all enjoy hanging out together, playing games, watching shows, and generally keep it pretty mellow at the house with occasional guests/hangouts. We also have an adorable husky and a turtle who live with us 🐶🐢 Sadly, we can’t have any additional pets right now (unless it’s like a gecko or something lol).
