We are re-homing our ball python. Most of the time she is calm and gentle - the perfect class pet or snake ambassador. I have taken her to school many times and the children of all ages have enjoyed holding her. Unfortunately she has started biting sometimes after a feeding when I try to remove her from her feeding bin. I know this is common and many people advise not to use a separate feeding bin. We are also rehoming her because our son, who was crazy about snakes, no longer lives at home. She eats medium rats and prefers live ones. Her glass enclosure is 6 feet long x 22" high x 18.5" wide and has a screen lid in three sections. She has a large water bowl, 2 heat lamps and a side mounted heating pad, plus an extra bag of bedding. She is about 6 years old. She also has a 106 quart feeding container with lid. Asking $200 OBO.
