Used Line 6 M9 - issues with the Parameters settings - $100

I cannot get the Parameters to work. Everything else works as it should. No issues with mode selector, you can still access all modes. Due to the parameters not working, you cannot adjust any settings. Everything else is in great condition. You can select all scenes, tuner, looper, and setup. It may be easy fix, but I am not a specialist in this area.
