We’re not here to waste anyone’s time, so to be clear: this is a 100% commission role. You would be a 1099 independent contractor with no base, no draw, and no benefits. If that’s not for you, no hard feelings. Stop reading here.
Still with us? Here’s why this offer is different.
You’re selling money back to merchants. - We are a fintech company, in the card chargeback space providing platform for merchants who have no fraud tooling beyond their processor’s defaults. When a customer disputes a card payment, we gather the evidence and fight the chargeback on the merchant’s behalf. Most small merchants either eat these losses or never get around to contesting them. We work after the dispute, not at checkout, so merchants don’t have to change their checkout flow. You’re not asking anyone to rip out anything, just to stop losing money they could recover.
The pitch is easy to explain - Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on chargeback volume, plus a 2% share of the chargebacks we actually win back. Merchants with very low dispute volume start at $0 base. The fee is tiered up to $149/month for higher volume, with custom pricing for larger merchants. If we don’t recover money, they don’t pay the 2% recovery fee.
Who to target: high-volume merchants. The best fit is online and card-not-present merchants running on Stripe or other similar PSPs who see 5 - 100 chargebacks a month: ecommerce shops, subscription and SaaS businesses, digital goods, and high-ticket service businesses. They lose the most to disputes, they pay the higher tiers, and they pay you the most. Backgrounds in merchant services, payments, ecommerce agencies, or fraud/risk are ideal.
How the residual works. A residual is a recurring payment, not a one-time bounty. Each month your client pays us, you get 50% of everything we collect from them (the monthly fee plus our recovery share) for their first twelve months, paid monthly as the money comes in. For example, a client on our $149/month tier who stays all year puts about $894 in your pocket from the base fee alone, before any recovery share. Every client you sign adds another monthly stream, and higher-volume merchants pay more, so they pay you more.
You stay independent. You’d join as an independent contractor: non-exclusive, no quotas, no scripts, no mandatory meetings. Keep your other lines. If you already sell processing, POS, or ecommerce services, this rides along on calls you’re already making. Work from anywhere in the US, on your own hours.
Run your own online business? You can sign your own business up with us and get the same 50% discount on your own account. It’s a good way to see the product work before you pitch it.
What we’re looking for:
Experience selling to online merchants (payments, merchant services, ecommerce, or SaaS backgrounds are ideal)
An existing network of higher-volume merchants, or the drive to build a pipeline from scratch
An LLC or established independent business (preferred)
To apply, reply with:
What you sell now and to whom
Which high-volume merchant segments or industries you can reach
How you’d go about landing your first five merchants
Already serve merchants as a business? If you run a merchant-services ISO or agent office, an ecommerce agency, or a payments or software reseller, you can refer clients instead of selling directly. Same 50% first-year residual on any client you introduce, paid to your business entity. No fees, no exclusivity, no minimums.
