Fender neck and body with a bunch of hardware changes I made. This would be my version of the Vox Mark VI (also called the Vox Teardrop) Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones played in 1964. He used that guitar on most all the cuts of the first two albums. Songs like "Just want to make love to you", and "It's All Over Now"! He continued to use it after 64 but had enough cash now to buy many more guitars of his choice for certain! I cut this Fender body into what you see, put on a new white pearloid pickguard, all new black knobs and 5 selector switch top. Painted the cut body in a black oil based lacquer and clear coated the top I painted. Matches real well and is on there to stay. Got to be up close to know it was done. Added new bridge saddles, end strap pin. Just set her up completely with low action and 10 gauge Elixir Nanoweb strings. Clean board with no fret divots for I do a Polish and Crown of all the frets and board. Fits very nice in this hard velvet lined case I am keeping her in and everything is Spic and Span clean. Also, throwing in a new comfortable 2" cool Dunlop leather end strap. This guitar came out of the factory in Indonesia in 2003. All the wiring has been cleaned and no buzzing or static anywhere. Really cool looking and I have been playing her since I finished her up for about a month now and got to keep moving cause I am already on to my new build. You won't show up to a gig and some guy say, "Mine Is Just Like Yours"! Fortunately I sell just about as quick as I build. I have over $500. invested in this gal but selling for $350. Great deal! GREEN CASH only, No Apps allowed. Can be seen anytime for I work from home........Got to hear this one thru my Fender All Tube Amp I modified!
