Karma Dog Training™ is looking for an exceptional Board & Train Trainer or highly experienced dog-care professional in the Frisco / North DFW area for an immediate extended home-based assignment.

This is a real opportunity that we are looking to fill now.

We need someone with a clean, comfortable, well-maintained private home who genuinely enjoys dogs and can provide exceptional positive-reinforcement training, companionship, structure, enrichment, exercise, and daily care.

COMPENSATION: $200 PER DAY

💵 FIRST WEEK PAID UPFRONT

That means $1,400 paid upfront once the assignment is confirmed.

The remaining compensation is paid weekly.

🏡 BOARD & TRAIN ONLY

For this opportunity, the client dog or dogs will temporarily live with you in your own private residence.

We are specifically looking for someone who can provide a safe, calm, home-based environment where dogs can live as part of normal household life while receiving individualized training and care.

This is not:

❌ Drop-in pet sitting
❌ Dog walking only
❌ Private lessons only
❌ Kennel work
❌ A position for someone who cannot host dogs at home

The dogs actually live with you throughout the program.

🐶 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Your daily responsibilities may include:

🐾 Positive-reinforcement training
🐾 Daily walks and appropriate exercise
🐾 Basic obedience practice
🐾 Household manners
🐾 Loose-leash walking
🐾 Recall and responsiveness
🐾 Impulse-control exercises
🐾 Enrichment and play
🐾 Real-world training opportunities
🐾 Individual attention
🐾 Companionship and affection
🐾 Appropriate household structure and routine
🐾 Exceptional daily care

We are not looking for kennel-style training.

We want dogs living comfortably in a real household where training becomes part of everyday life.

💰 $200 PER DAY + FIRST WEEK PAID UPFRONT

This assignment pays:

$200 PER DAY

Once we select the right person and confirm the assignment:

The first week is paid upfront.

That means:

$1,400 paid upfront

The remaining compensation is paid weekly according to the agreed schedule.

This is an extended Board & Train opportunity, and if the relationship goes beautifully, additional Karma Dog Training™ Board & Train cases may be available in the future.

🏠 YOUR HOME MATTERS

Because the dogs will actually live with you, the quality of your home environment matters.

Please make sure:

✅ You can legally host client dogs in your residence

✅ Your home is clean, comfortable, secure, and well maintained

✅ Everyone in your household is comfortable having client dogs stay with you

✅ Your own pets, if applicable, can be safely managed or separated

✅ You have reliable transportation

✅ You can provide substantial daily attention and companionship

✅ You genuinely enjoy having dogs live as part of your household

✅ You are comfortable committing to an extended Board & Train assignment

We want someone who will treat a client’s dogs with the same level of care and consideration they would want for their own.
