Hi there! I’ve been living in Bend since 2019 and am looking for a clean, comfortable place to call home.
I’m a quiet, responsible, full-time professional with steady income, a strong rental history, and excellent references. I’m respectful of others’ space, keep things clean, and always pay rent on time. I’m also happy to help out around the house with upkeep, chores, or whatever needs to be done.
I’m looking for a 1-bedroom apartment, small house, room share or ADU, with a budget of up to $1,500/month (flexible for the right place).
A little about me: I’m a non-smoker, reliable, and easygoing. I do travel for work, so I’m typically away for about 1–2 weeks each month, but when I’m home, I enjoy a quiet and low-key lifestyle.
