This is not just an application.
When you apply with ChasDre Transport, you are entering the ChasDre Transport operating network.
Once your profile is created, your dashboard becomes your operating hub.
💰 COMPENSATION — 80/20 SPLIT
Owner-operators keep 80% of the truck’s gross revenue.
ChasDre Transport retains 20% for operating under the network, carrier infrastructure, administration, compliance, dispatch support, account access, and system management.
Owner-operators are responsible for their truck-level operating expenses, including items such as:
• Fuel
• Truck payment
• Maintenance
• Repairs
• Driver/helper expenses
• Insurance
• Other operating costs associated with the truck
Pay is processed based on when ChasDre Transport is paid by the account.
Standard pay periods operate Sunday through Saturday, with settlement/payment following on Friday once the required load documentation and closeout are complete.
🚛 OWNER-OPERATOR / TRUCK REQUIREMENTS
The owner-operator must enter the required company and truck information, including applicable business and banking information.
Required items may include:
• Business entity information
• EIN
• W-9
• Business bank account
• Direct deposit information
• Truck information
• Insurance information
• Required equipment documents
The owner-operator must also maintain the equipment and keep required records current.
👤 DRIVER — REQUIRED
Every DRIVER must complete their own application and onboarding.
The driver must provide:
• Personal information
• Driver’s license
• Required identification
• Experience information
• Required background-check authorization
• Any account-specific documents or training
👥 HELPER — REQUIRED
Every HELPER must also complete their own application and onboarding.
The helper must provide:
• Personal information
• Required identification
• Background-check authorization
• Any required account-specific documentation or training
It does not matter who owns the truck.
Whoever is working as the DRIVER must be in the system.
Whoever is working as the HELPER must be in the system.
Both must complete their own onboarding requirements.
🎓 EXPERIENCE / TRAINING
Drivers must either have the required experience or complete hands-on training before being cleared to work independently.
If the driver does not have the required experience, they will need to go out with an experienced individual for training.
The applicant is responsible for paying the individual providing that training.
Some accounts may also require account-specific training, uniforms, videos, or additional qualification steps.

Your dashboard will show where you stand.
🟢 GREEN / READY
Your required items are complete and you are cleared to move forward for work.
🔴 ACTION NEEDED
Something is missing, incomplete, expired, pending, or needs to be corrected.
NO GREEN COMPLIANCE STATUS = NO DISPATCH.
You will be able to see exactly what is holding you up instead of calling around trying to figure it out.
YOUR DASHBOARD IS WHERE YOU OPERATE.
Once approved, your dashboard will show things such as:

When loads become available, they will come through the ChasDre Transport system.
Once you are approved, you are not starting over.
The profile you create now becomes the profile you continue using to manage your work inside the network.
⚠️ OPERATING RESPONSIBILITY
Owner-operators are responsible for keeping their truck, driver, helper, insurance, documents, inspections, maintenance, and compliance information current.
Some accounts may require additional items such as uniforms, safety equipment, truck inspections, training, or account-specific credentials.
Failure to complete required work, paperwork, or account obligations can affect eligibility and settlement.
