I need a content manager for my social media business (fresno)

I have a social media company here in Fresno and I have too many clients that I need someone who has experience in premiere pro (or willing to learn), can record me and my clients with my equipment in Fresno, can think of ideas, edit and post (I have all the laptops and software) on mine and my clients social medias.
I'll be honest, this is like the 4th time I've made this post and it's because I haven't found the right person.
most people that reach out think they know more than me (and they usually do since they have a lot of experience) but I don't need someone who tells me how to do my job, I need someone who can follow my direction.
for example one thing that I always bump heads with is the editor/content manager always wants to make the reel look perfect. I don't need that (I have examples below) and another thing, I don't charge a lot so I have a tight turn around time to stay profitable
one big challenge I've been facing is I tell all my editors/content managers they need to produce 3 reels in one hour. they think it's impossible but if I can do it, why can't they? (I have a zoom example of how I do it down below)
but I have to keep trying to find someone because I can't handle any more business but I need to
requirements:
18+
some experience is good but not necessary
I have my own equipment and software
you need to come up with ideas
be fast with edits and posting
also you represent me and my business so try to be as professional as possible.
transportation is good but not needed, I can pick you up and drop you off in Fresno when we record
right now it's just Monday-tuesday 9am to 1pm (or longer) until I can get more clients and I can do more days and hours.
