1. I need a carpet clean in my house. About 1250 sq ft of carpet. Cash upon completion.
2. I need downstairs tile to be cleaned about 1100 sq ft of it. Cash upon completion.
3. I need my home to be touch up painted. It’s not dirty it’s just been 3 years and it’s time to freshen it. No crazy stains or no holes. White is the color for walls. We wanted to change white baseboards to brown. We will provide paint. No cabinets, no doors, no ceilings, no bedrooms, only common areas and 1/2 bath downstairs. Cash upon completion.
4. I need a working jacuzzi removed. If u want it for free its yours.
5. I need concrete quotes for my front patio. I want to extend my patio and also my driveway. Cash upon completion.
6. I need quotes to lay rocks down in my backyard to prevent dogs from digging.
7. I need a fence approx 8.5 ft to be openable with a wheel. a part of the concrete project in the front yard will have a driveway leading up to the fence.
8. I have a hill up against my fence in the backyard. Curious to see how much to flatten the hill and then replace with a lap pool/jacuzzi. Second quote to just lay concrete. For pool/spa we might need to do financing.
I am free all day 7 days a week. I run a unique marketing business and have access to multifamily relations/rich neighborhoods so ideally i want to choose someone who is a start up that I can help promote. I also want honest, punctual, trustworthy people.
