JOB SUMMARY AND REQUIREMENTS:
We are a 31-year-old Central Valley construction company and we are looking for multi-trade journeymen. Second-chance candidates are encouraged to apply.
The individuals we are looking for will have strong journeyman-level experience and be capable of performing the tasks below to a high standard:
• Journeymen level skills in at least two of the following - carpentry, drywall, paint, electrical and plumbing on single and multi-family projects.
• The ability to quickly and efficiently solve unexpected problems encountered during construction and achieve a desirable outcome.
• A solid commitment to hard work, quality, ongoing learning and knowledge growth, professional conduct, and providing a quality work product.
Requirements:
• Must be able to utilize with a high level of proficiency the tools and equipment required to execute the required tasks included in this job description.
• You can use your own tools, or we will provide the tools and equipment required to execute the journeyman-level tasks included in this job description. Company vehicle provided.
• No physical limitations and must be capable of lifting 50 pounds.
• Minimum of 2 years of residential and multi-family level multi-trade construction experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read plans/blueprints a plus.
• Contributes to a positive and healthy culture and work environment.
• General knowledge of general construction, processes, flows, and phases.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees on the job site.
• A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Job Type: Full-time hourly - $24-28.00 per hour
Salary: Commensurate with experience
