We’re looking for a few FUN, CHARISMATIC, HIGH-ENERGY GREETERS / BRAND AMBASSADORS to join our travel promotion team at the Big Fresno Fair!
We’re looking for the ENERGIZER BUNNIES — people who love meeting people, stay upbeat, bring great energy, and aren’t afraid to get the crowd involved!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys events, people, promotions, hospitality, customer service, or simply being social.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Your job is to help us create excitement and keep people flowing into our booth.
You’ll:
* Greet fairgoers as they enter the fair
* Hand attendees an Enter-to-Win raffle ticket
* Smile, engage, and create excitement about our travel giveaway
* Invite attendees over to our iPad entry stations
* Assist people with completing their entry when needed
* Direct door-prize winners to our appointment booking team
* Help keep the booth organized, busy, and FUN
* And then…
DO IT AGAIN… AND AGAIN… AND AGAIN!
If you love talking to people, you’ll probably have a blast doing this.

You do NOT need to be an experienced salesperson.
We’re much more interested in your personality, energy, dependability, and work ethic.
IMPORTANT — THIS IS AN ACTIVE OUTDOOR POSITION
This is not a sit-behind-the-table job.
You will be interacting with people throughout your shift and should be comfortable staying active and on your feet.
You must be able to:
* Stand and work on your feet during your shift
* Work outdoors in summer/early fall weather
* Maintain a positive attitude and high energy
* Work around large crowds
* Stay active throughout the day
No shift will be longer than 8 hours.
WHEN?
This weekend!
We are especially interested in applicants who can work multiple days or the entire event.

PAY
$20 PER HOUR
* Shifts up to 8 hours
* Paid on Fridays
* Final event pay paid on Sunday, September 20th
* Payment by Venmo or Zelle
* No taxes withheld
REQUIREMENTS
You must:
* Be dependable and show up for your scheduled shifts
* Have reliable transportation
* Be comfortable working outdoors
* Be able to stay on your feet throughout your shift
* Have a positive attitude
* Be comfortable approaching and talking with people
* Have the energy to work in a busy fair environment
