POSITION OVERVIEW:
Start Time: 6:00 AM daily (report to Fresno site or area they will be working out of)
Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts, OT and occasional Saturdays required
Fit for Duty Exam: Required
CORE JOB DUTIES:
Shoveling, sweeping, and hauling concrete and debris (wheelbarrows/dollies)
Interior demolition (HVAC removal, drywall, carpet, flooring, ceiling tiles, and other structures)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Steel toe boots required
Dress code: Jeans (no holes) and solid color shirts (no graphics)
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Prior construction experience strongly preferred
Experience in concrete work (pouring concrete or bricklaying is a plus)
Familiarity with physical outdoor labor and OSHA-style job sites (hard hats, safety compliance)
Recent and stable work history
Valid California driver’s license required
Must have a valid California driver’s license and be insurable to operate company vehicles
Willingness to commit to long-term employment
Must be 21 years or older (due to insurance purposes)
EXPECTATIONS & SOFT SKILLS:
Clean, professional appearance (no visible body art)
Tattoos must be covered
No face tattoos or facial jewelry
Candidates must understand OSHA compliance includes no jewelry on the job
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Work may occasionally be delayed or rescheduled due to other contractors’ timelines
Candidates must be flexible and understanding of potential downtime
Overnight travel may be required at times
