I bake Cheesecakes that are 9 inch rounds. It usually takes a couple of hours to bake and best if chilled at least 6 hours or overnight to completely set. Can rest with you or me, but if it leaves with you, I am not responsible if they are not completely set if consumed early. Lastly, I am NOT the best at decorating, but, I do try lol Thank You
