MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at an apartment community in Fresno, California.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, for a dependable and skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained community.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance preferred
Excellent troubleshooting, repair, and problem-solving skills
Honest, hardworking, dependable, and reliable
Organized and detail-oriented
Professional, personable, and an effective communicator
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Valid driver's license required
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform apartment turns and make-ready work
Basic electrical repairs, including changing outlets, switches, and light fixtures and troubleshooting electrical issues
Basic plumbing repairs, including changing faucets, unclogging lines, installing toilets and garbage disposals, and other common plumbing repairs
Install and replace appliances
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and painting
Coordinate with management and outside vendors as needed
Respond to maintenance requests and address property maintenance needs
Maintain the property in a clean, safe, and presentable condition
Appliance repair experience is a plus
