1967 Mustang 289 V8 engine and transmission. Runs strong, new carb. Has true 3 speed automatic, much quicker than original. Power brakes, new gas tank and sender, No power steering but have new kit, new Borgeson power steering box and adapter. Will need power steering pump and column adjustment. Tires new radials.
Car is solid, used regularly. Very reliable. Battery moved to trunk.
2tops, soft top and frame 2years old, hard top good but needs rear window molding replaced, have metal trim pieces, headliner good
Interior has seat covers, rug is good, padded dash is ok for now. Doors close fine.
Switches under dash do lights in grill and windshield washer. High beam and running lights indicated by old oil and gen lights
All gauges work but not originals and speedometer and heater. Has electric wipers and windshield washers. Single wire alternator.
Emergency brake is stuck in off position. Probably needs cable freed up.
Full set of extra bumpers, front and rear, need re-chroming but solid. Bumpers on car showing rust spots but good replacement ones in shed.
Right turn signal does not turn off automatically
Many things not original-trunk rugs, gauges, radio, wiring, windshield washer, wipers, etc
Lots of extra original parts-steering wheel, horn ring, wiper motor, some gauges, radio, etc
Paint is ok but needs professional job. Driver’s door may need a new skin.
Fun car to drive, looks good. Good driver not a show car by any means. Or Best Reasonable Offer
