I have a 28 x 24 handcrafted hand peeled Lodgepole cabin. It has a side porch dormer and a half loft right around 1000 ft.² I’m in Montana and I’m asking 40,000 and that will cover the shipping if you need help setting it up I can also help with that it’s only a couple day process because I’ve prefab the cabin. Jason. This is a spec cabin, but I can make any size cabin to order right around $40 per square foot for the same type of cabin. The logs are full length no butt joints 9 inch average Lodgepole pine.
