This position is ideal for someone who already has experience in a skilled trade—such as drywall, tile, painting, carpentry, flooring, or remodeling—but is willing to help with all aspects of construction when their specialty work is not scheduled.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Ability to speak and understand English well enough to communicate with customers, supervisors, and coworkers
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors when needed
Willingness to learn and take direction
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
Drywall
Tile
Painting
Flooring
Carpentry
Remodeling
Light equipment operation (skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for people who want to work. Whether you're experienced in a trade or looking to expand your skills, we want team members who show up on time, work hard, and take pride in what they do.
If your primary skill is drywall, tile, painting, or another trade, you'll perform that work when those projects are available. Between specialty projects, you'll work with our team on remodeling, construction, and general labor tasks. If you have experience operating equipment such as a skid steer, that's a plus.
