Up for sale is a Bose AV 3-2-1 Series II complete home theater system, which plays TV audio, DVD's, CDs, MP3 discs, and AM/FM radio. This thing gets LOUD, with powerful bass, and clear well defined sound across the entire audio spectrum. Everything is in great shape, with no significant marks or blemishes.
What's included:
• Bose AV3-2-1 II Media Center (head unit with built-in DVD/CD player and AM/FM radio)
• Bose PS3-2-1 II powered Acoustimass subwoofer
• 2 compact satellite speakers
• Remote control (which can function as a universal remote for your other A/V gear as well)
• Bose "TrueSpace" digital processing, which simulates surround sound from only 2 satellite speakers
• All the cables and wiring needed to hook everything up
• Tons of connectivity options, including optical (digital), composite, S-video, and component, as well as TV, cable/satellite, and AUX connections. Please note however that there is NOT an HDMI connection, as this is a 2000's era system (so if your TV has *ONLY* HDMI for the output, then this won't work with that TV).
• NO paper owners manual, but you can download a digital PDF version of it online for free.
The audio quality is the biggest selling point of this unit -- it easily fills a good-sized room, and sounds simply amazing. This thing gets LOUD, the bass from the sub is deep and tight, and the sound stays clear, detailed, and balanced across the entire range even when it's cranked way up. It works well for music, movies, and TV, and is a great option for someone who appreciates good sound and wants a quality setup without spending a fortune.
I'll be more than happy to plug it in, crank it up, and let you hear for yourself just how good it sounds before you buy.
I'm selling it because it was recently given to me, but I simply don't have a need for it. I'm asking $125 for the complete system. Cash only. I think you'd be hard pressed to find anything else in this price range that sounds anywhere near this good. For comparison, when these units were new they retailed for $800+. It's hard to find these used (complete) systems on Ebay, because the powered sub is fairly bulky/heavy, which makes it costly to ship. But the few complete systems that are currently listed on Ebay are mostly in the $150 - $300 range.
I'm in Franklin NC, about 5 minutes west of downtown, near "Parker Meadows" baseball complex. I work from home so I'm at the house most of the time. Calls are fine but text is best as the cell connection can be a bit spotty here. Shoot me a text and let me know when you want to stop by, and I'll give you the exact address.
I'll remove this ad as soon as it sells, so if you're reading this, it's still for sale.
