I've got a room in my barn set up for "camping" (no need for a tent). Just renovated it with electricity, full size bed, table, lamps, dorm size frig, microwave, dresser and has A/C and heat. No indoor plumbing (as stated "camping") but has cold water just outside door for those brave dudes (single occupancy ONLY) willing/wanting a cold (very cold) shower. Strictly short term. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! Rural area (approximately three (3) miles from downtown Franklin, NC) and quiet time after 11PM out of respect for other renter. If this fits your short-term needs with limitations as listed above, then by all means HMU for more information. $99 per weekend (or any two days). $150 security deposit (BOTH paid cash in advance! If you leave the place a mess, you'll lose your security deposit).
