Location: Hopkinton, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Options & Pay
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $20.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $21.00/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM | $22.00/hr
Compensation may be flexible for candidates with relevant experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly/Production Operators to join our team in Hopkinton, MA. In this role, you will perform a variety of production functions, including operating machines, assembling parts, inspection, and packaging. This position works under the direction of the Shift Supervisor or Shift Lead. We will train!
Responsibilities
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Safely operate machines.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Assemble products according to specifications.
• Package and label products accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines in English.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify quality issues and defects.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
