I have a set of 28s with almost new tires on them. Reason for selling at such a discounted price is 1 of the rims is cracked and damaged and the tire is blown out. If you have the time or resources to repair the rim and replace tire it could be a small cost to have these rims and tires in this size. Will need to have a way to transport tires if your a serious buyer. The tires alone are 2k but I dont have any need for them and would rather just sell em and keep it pushing.
