30 hp Johnson outboard. It was believed that the motor needed the impeller replaced when I purchased a 13 foot whaler for my grandfather 25 years ago. After I restored it, I went ahead and re-rigged it with a new motor. It was given to me as a basket case as you see it. I seem to recall spinning it over and it’s not seized. Or at least it wasn’t 20+ years ago. If I get somebody that’s interested, I will pull it out from under the bench spin it over and if the battery terminals are easily accessible, try the key if everything is still connected. It’s been sitting under the bench in my shed. It could be as simple as putting a new impeller in it and hanging it off of a boat. Includes the controls as can be seen in the picture along with the prop.
