The Food Safety Manager is seeking a Technician that can execute daily checklists be responsible for day-to-day quality control operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong understanding of quality control and cleanliness. This position works closely with the Food Safety Manager, Operations staff, and Sanitation staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily checklist to verify quality control
• Daily pre-operational inspection
• Environmental swabbing
• Sample submission forms completion
• Ordering supplies
• ATP swab analysis
• Verification of sanitation checklists performed by others
• Verification of cleaning process and outcomes
• Facility inspection
• Equipment inspection
