Please read this entire ad first, before you call. It will answer most of your questions. I have a very nice and very private two-bedroom loft apartment with a large private bathroom in it. This loft apartment is behind my home over a very large garage and has a private entry up the staircase. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed in it, a dresser and a closet. The smaller bedroom has a twin bed in it and a dresser and can be used as an office. There is a refrigerator in the loft. It also has a kitchenette with a sink and garbage disposal. A small table and chairs are also in the room. There is a microwave oven, induction burner, and a toaster over, for your convenience, set up for light cooking. This loft has a large private bathroom with tub and shower, sink, toilet, and a private washer and dryer in the room. We are looking for friendly, professional working people, that have a full-time job or verified income. This loft apt. is for adults only. Must be HONEST, RELIABLE, QUIET, CLEAN, and have NO PROBLEM PAYING the RENT ON TIME and in --CASH ONLY-- NO CHECKS. We do not want anyone who takes ILLEGAL DRGS of any kind, NO DRUNKS, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS (IN OR OUT OF THE HOUSE OR LOFT APT. PERIOD) IF YOU SMOKE ANYTHING AT ALL DON'T CALL ME, NO DRAMA, AND NO PETS OF ANY KIND. All utilities are included, as well as internet wifi for your computer. There is also a Samsung Smart TV. in the loft. There is a large downstairs patio with plenty of seating, BBQ, and a large fire ring. There is always plenty of parking right in front of the house on the street for your car. The RENT is month to month, NO LEASE, but we are requiring a SIX-MONTH minimum stay or longer.
