We are looking for experienced, reliable cleaners to assist with residential property cleanings.
Most of our jobs involve vacant homes, apartments, and rental properties that require detailed deep cleaning before new tenants move in.
Job Responsibilities:
Thorough cleaning of vacant properties
Cleaning inside and outside kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers
Cleaning light switches, outlet covers, doors, baseboards, and trim
Cleaning blinds, window tracks, and windows
Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and floors
Ensuring properties are move-in ready
Requirements:
-Previous professional cleaning experience required
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
-Must be comfortable performing detailed deep cleaning, not just standard housekeeping
Cleaning supplies can be provided but must be picked up before each job and returned afterward
Position Details:
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: As needed / On-call
Hours vary depending on available jobs
Most jobs are in Orange County, with occasional work in Riverside, Long Beach, and Los Angeles
This position has the potential for increased and consistent work. Cleaners who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and consistently deliver high-quality results will be given priority for additional jobs as they become available.
