very large L shaped sectional sofa. Had for several years so it has some wear but still is structurally sound with no major rips, tears, or stains. the fabric is very resilient with scotch guarding so you can wipe it clean, liquids and stains can't penetrate. Was a custom order from Costco when I purchased it new. We do have a small dog so if you have pet allergies it may not be a good option.
