Oak & Iron Construction is a locally owned and growing construction company serving Humboldt County. We specialize in residential remodels, renovations, and ADU builds and are expanding into government and prevailing-wage projects.
We’re looking for an experienced construction professional to join our crew full-time and grow with our company.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• 5+ years of residential construction experience preferred
• Must have full-time availability
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Must be a strong team player
• Able to work independently and problem-solve
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
PAY:
Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. Pay is negotiable, and we are willing to pay for proven experience.
This is a full-time position with an established and growing local company. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and grow with us long-term.
