Bancroft & Sons Transportation LLC is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers out of Grand Prairie, TX.

We’ve been family owned and operated since 1969, and we understand that every driver is different. Some drivers want to be home most weekends. Others want to stay out longer and maximize their paycheck. Some want the flexibility to work around their life.

🚚 REGIONAL & OTR

NEW PAY: 63¢ PER MILE ON ALL MILES for Solo OTR and Regional drivers.

Depending on the freight and route, drivers can earn:

63¢–70¢ PER MILE

• Regional drivers can run Monday through Friday
• Home most weekends
• OTR drivers can stay out 1–2 weeks at a time
• More miles and earning opportunities for drivers who want to stay out longer
• Switch between Regional and OTR as your needs change
• Consistent freight and plenty of miles available

💵 EXTRA BOARD – WE NEED HELP NOW!

Looking for flexibility while still having the opportunity to make a strong weekly paycheck?

Our Extra Board may be a great fit.

Extra Board drivers can pick up a combination of hourly and mileage runs depending on what freight is available.

Hourly Runs Pay Approximately $27–$32 Per Hour

• Hourly runs available
• Mileage runs available
• Plenty of Extra Board work available right now
• Drivers willing to work and take available runs can put together a very good weekly paycheck
• We’ll contact you with available runs
• You decide whether to accept or decline
• No forced dispatch

This can be a great option for drivers who want flexibility, retired or semi-retired drivers who still want to run, or drivers who do not want to commit to a traditional full-time OTR schedule.

💰 PAY & FREIGHT

• 63¢ per mile on ALL miles for Solo OTR and Regional
• Up to 70¢ per mile depending on freight and route
• Extra Board hourly runs approximately $27–$32 per hour
• Extra Board mileage opportunities available
• Paid every Friday by direct deposit
• Plenty of miles available
• Consistent freight
• The more you run, the more you can earn

📋 DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Minimum 1 year OTR experience
• Good MVR
• Able to meet postal and company requirements
• Professional and safety-minded
