I'm planning to open a taco store. I do not have a taco recipe. I'm trying to find a taco chef who can guide me and help develop the recipes.
We might need carnitas, asada, pastor, birria, chorizo, etc. It's pretty serious taco talk. :)
For the interview, I would probably have you meet at a commercial kitchen in New Haven and cook tacos.
Please reply with your experience cooking these variety of taco recipes and what would make the best tacos in town?
This is a part-time position to develop the recipes, not a full-time cooking job. Once the restaurant opens, then if you want to be the cook you can or could help train the cooking staff to make the recipes as delicious as possible.
Do you have a car and are you able to commute to New Haven or downtown Fort Wayne?
Gracias
