This is ongoing work for contractors experienced in maintaining foreclosed, vacant, bank-owned, and investment properties.

✅ Lawn Care & Grass Cuts
✅ Property Maintenance
✅ Trash Outs & Debris Removal
✅ Minor Repairs & Handyman Services
✅ Tree Trimming & Tree Removal
✅ Winterizations & Property Securing
✅ Occupancy Inspections
✅ General Property Preservation Services
Requirements:
✔ Experience with property preservation, REO, field services, or general contracting preferred
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Own tools and equipment
✔ Smartphone with ability to upload photos through our mobile app
✔ Ability to communicate clearly and respond promptly to work orders
✔ Must be responsive via phone, text, and email complete work orders on time and according to client guidelines
Compensation:
💲 Bi-Weekly Pay
