We are remodeling and I'm selling my couch (and my recliner), and both are in good condition and right now everything is covered in plastice (painters are here now) but if you need a DECENT rocking recliner (or this grey couch) that is very comfortable with plenty of life left in it, it's a bargain at the price it's posted for.

Again I'd like to get them both gone (and the black leather recliner I just posted for $50)

Downsizing/Remodeling, priced to sell, ad removed when sold.
Lima and Coliseum area 46808

Available just about anytime. (I also have a brown cover on the couch that you can have as well which will completely cover the couch and also 3 brown cushion covers IF you want them they are free and easily goes on and off)
