NOW HIRING – FULL MECHANIC / FUTURE JOB SITE SUPERVISOR
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING — WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SUBCONTRACTORS. WE ARE HIRING AN INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN our company ,,!!
We’re not just looking to hire another worker. We’re looking for the right person to grow with our company and eventually take charge of running our job sites.
We are an established remodeling company with over 30 years in the business, specializing in major residential renovations and complete home remodels.
We’re looking for a TRUE FULL MECHANIC — SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ALL ASPECTS OF RESIDENTIAL REMODELING, NOT JUST TWO OR THREE TRADES.
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ALL ASPECTS OF REMODELING, INCLUDING:
* Complete kitchen remodeling, including cabinetry, countertops, layouts, and installations
* Complete bathroom remodeling, including showers, tubs, vanities, waterproofing, and tile
* Plumbing knowledge, rough-ins, fixture installations, and repairs
* Electrical knowledge, wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, and fixture installations
* Framing, both wood and metal
* Drywall installation, taping, finishing, and repairs
* Interior doors, exterior doors, trim, baseboards, and finish carpentry
* Flooring, including tile, laminate, vinyl plank, and hardwood
* Cabinet installation and finish work
* Painting, preparation, and finishing
* Demolition, repairs, and general construction
* Understanding how to complete an entire residential remodeling project from start to finish
We need someone who understands the ENTIRE job, not someone who needs to be told how to perform every task.
NOW, HERE’S THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS ENTIRE POST: YOUR ATTITUDE.
We want someone who shows up with a positive attitude, looks for solutions instead of problems, and has the determination to get the job done regardless of how challenging it becomes.
Every remodeling job has obstacles. Things don’t always go as planned. We’re not interested in hearing why something can’t be done. We want someone who figures out HOW to get it done.
If you’re constantly negative, complain about difficult work, or always have an excuse for why something can’t be accomplished, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
We want someone who enjoys a challenge, takes initiative, and has the mindset of a leader.
PAY STRUCTURE – CLEAR AND STRAIGHTFORWARD
This pay scale is ONLY for experienced full mechanics who genuinely know all aspects of remodeling.
* Week 1: $25 per hour.
* Starting Week 2: $30 per hour, provided you’ve demonstrated the skills and experience you claimed to have.
* After 1 month at $30: Increase to $35 per hour if your workmanship, productivity, reliability, and attitude meet our expectations.
* After 4 months at $35: Increase to $38 per hour, provided you’re continuing to perform at the level we expect.
That’s $25 to $38 per hour with a clear path to advancement based on what you can actually do.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just an hourly paycheck.
The right person will have the opportunity to grow into a JOB SITE SUPERVISOR, taking responsibility for running projects, coordinating trades, keeping jobs moving, and making sure everything gets completed correctly.
We want someone who thinks like they’re part of the company, not someone who’s just watching the clock.
PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR OURS.
If you tell us you’re a full mechanic, we’re going to know very quickly whether you actually have the experience. Please don’t exaggerate your abilities. We need someone who can back up what they say.
You must have your own tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently.
AND ONE LAST TIME — ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING.
You can have 30 years of experience, but if you bring negativity, excuses, and a bad attitude to the job site, you’re not the person we’re looking for.
On the other hand, if you’re highly skilled, dependable, take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and have that “whatever it takes to get the job done” mentality, we want to talk to you.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build a future with us, not just find another job.
Interested? Send us a private message with your experience, the trades you’re proficient in, and why you believe you’d be a good fit.
Principals only. Recruiters, please don't contact this job poster.
