We need an experienced mechanic who can independently troubleshoot and repair heavy trucks and construction equipment. This is a hands-on position for someone who already understands commercial vehicles, diesel equipment, and mechanical systems.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates should have previous experience with:
• Heavy-duty trucks and/or construction machinery
• Diesel mechanical repairs
• Preventive maintenance
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Hydraulic systems
• Brakes and air systems
• Suspension and vehicle inspections
We are looking for an experienced mechanic — not an entry-level trainee position.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair company vehicles and equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Identify mechanical and safety problems
• Repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
• Handle emergency breakdown/service calls when necessary
• Work independently on assigned repairs
A Class A or B CDL is helpful but not required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $20–$30/hour, depending on experience
• Full-time
• Overtime available
• Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days
• 1 week paid vacation after 1 year
