In this role, you'll work with individuals who have already requested information about life insurance coverage. You'll conduct phone or virtual consultations, answer questions, and help clients find coverage that fits their needs. No cold calling.
What You'll Do
Conduct scheduled phone or virtual consultations
Help clients review life insurance options based on their needs
Follow a proven sales process with ongoing coaching and support
Participate in virtual training and team development
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales, customer service, retail, recruiting, real estate, or other client-facing experience is a plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
U.S.-based and willing to obtain a life insurance license if needed (guidance provided)
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering:
Commission-based compensation
Performance bonuses
Ongoing training and mentorship
